1 Day Diet for Weight Loss and Hormone Balance

Start your day with oil pulling (virgin coconut oil) for 10 mins.

Have jeera and mint water with overnight soaked 5 almonds and 2 walnuts.

Breakfast

Have a protein-rich breakfast like any paneer preparation, soaked channa dal cheela, besan cheela, vegetables, or oats with sprouts.

Mid Snack

Take any seasonal fruit with a glass of sabja/ chia seeds water.

Lunch

Have a combination of carb, protein, good fat and fibre like jowar roti or samak rice with dal + ghiya veg + salad + curd.

Mid Snack

Green tea/ coconut water/ lime water + roasted makhana/ poha namkeen mix.

Dinner

Do a light and early dinner like veg soup, dal rice khichadi, veg poha, veg Daliya, veg oats etc. Have a cup of fennel ajwain tea, after half an hour.
